Academy Rules

For the safety of everyone, please note the following academy rules that must be followed:

1. The academy will not accept any child suffering from any of the following symptoms: fever, nausea, cough, sneezing, or runny nose. In case of a cough due to allergies, a doctor's report must be provided confirming the child has a chronic allergy and specifying the type of allergy.
2. It is not permitted for the academy to administer any type of medication to the child, except for allergy medications, to ensure the child's safety.
3. Food supplements and vitamins, if needed, should be given to the child before or after attending the academy.
4. Children are not allowed to bring their own toys during the school day.
5. No money or coins are allowed.
6. No outside food is allowed except (juice, yogurt, fruit, cake).
7. No electronic devices are allowed inside the premises.
8. Children should not wear gold accessories; if they do, it is the parent's responsibility.
9. Bus service is within Nasr City only; the bus is not permitted to go outside the academy's designated Nasr City boundaries.
10. If there are any changes regarding the child's schedule (morning or afternoon), please inform the administration no later than 2:00 PM on the day of departure.
11. Only one address per child is allowed for the bus; an exception can be made if the other address is on the same street only, as multiple addresses would disrupt other children's schedules.
12. If sending any amount of money with the bus supervisor, it must be delivered in a sealed envelope with the child's name written on it; the bus supervisor is not permitted to accept money without this.
13. The administration is not responsible for any money sent in the child's bag.
14. Monthly nursery fees are calculated as follows: a full month or half a month (from attendance day to 12 days of attendance). If attendance is less than 12 days, it is still counted as half a month, as there are only two payment systems after reserving a place for the child.
15. No carry-over of days or amounts from one month to another is allowed.
16. Parents must pay monthly or half-monthly fees from the first day of the month. In case of late payment, a fine of fifty pounds per day of delay will be charged.
17. For additional time beyond the official nursery hours: extra time is calculated according to the academy's pricing, and in extreme cases of delay beyond the specified hours, the administration reserves the right to double the overtime charges.
18. If someone other than the father or mother is picking up the child, the administration must be notified with the person's name, and they must show their ID card or national ID. If no identification is available, the administration has the right to refuse to hand over the child.
19. If a child is absent for a month or more, the parent must contact the administration when wishing to return to coordinate and check for availability. Please note that in most cases, if a place is available, it may be in a different class than the previous one. Upon returning, the current fees at that time will apply.
